Dear reader,

Life is a bit strange. I was reading about the Digital Nomad lifestyle, a few weeks ago before I came back from Hong Kong. And I decided to become one. For your information, the Investopedia definition says that digital nomads are people who are location-independent and use technology to perform their job. They work remotely, telecommuting rather than being physically present at a company's headquarters or office.Of course, it is a joke to talk about that in the COVID-19 era, however, it is still possible. To become one, I need a tech job to do remotely.

A week later, I was hired by a Hong Kong EdTech startup as a software engineer to develop their learning platform. Therefore, for this summer, I will be writing code for them remotely.

Now, after I come back from Hong Kong, I need to undergo 21 days in my home country. I am so grateful for this time. Currently, I code (for my job), exercise and do maths every day (for my university preparation).

For Exercise, I follow Convict Conditioning books. They are ideal when you are locked up in the room for 21 days without any pieces of equipment. These books list the exercises which you can do easily at home only relying on your body weight.

If you would like to see my place and my life during quarantine, I made a video below. The music is called 山鬼.

I also downloaded all OpenCourseWare I needed back in Hong Kong so that I can start looking into deeper Computer Science and Maths later on.(I have to download because the WiFi in my country is not that stable for 1-hour long lectures).

Life is not boring, it is tranquil, peaceful and productive as usual. Of course, I am fully aware that it is a privilege to have a tranquil life, I also have plans to help others (especially in the Education aspect) when I have the opportunity. However, if we are having this privilege, I think it is best to stay productive without worrying about anything (at a personal level). I really like this quote below.

Blessed is the person who is too busy to worry in the daytime and too sleepy to worry at night.
